For custom cakes and other personalized products:

Designs, colors, flavors, and decorations must be agreed upon before production.
Photos or inspiration images may be used as references, but the finished product may vary slightly.
Colors may appear different in photographs or on different screens.
Minor variations are a normal part of handmade baking and decorating.
We reserve the right to decline an order that we are unable to complete to our standards.

An order is not considered confirmed until we have accepted it and communicated the applicable order details.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax, delivery fees, and other disclosed charges may be added to your order.

Payment terms, deposits, and remaining balances will be communicated during the ordering process. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be paid in full before they are released.
